2. Products and Pricing

We sell fresh seafood for delivery within New Zealand. All product descriptions, images and specifications are for reference only. We reserve the right to modify product details and correct pricing errors without prior notice. Prices shown on the website are subject to GST where applicable, unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the goods. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Payment must be completed at checkout. Title to the goods will pass to you only once full payment has been received and cleared by us.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, stock availability or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of damage or loss of the seafood products passes to you once the goods have been handed over to the delivery courier.

5. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once the item has been shipped, our standard return process applies. Fresh seafood items may not be eligible for cancellation or return unless they are faulty or spoiled upon arrival. All returned items must be in original condition, and you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Warranty and Faulty Goods

We comply with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. If the seafood arrives spoiled, damaged or is faulty, contact us promptly with photos of the issue. We will assess the claim and offer a refund as appropriate under the law.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from your use of this website or your purchased seafood goods, to the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law. Our total liability will not exceed the price you paid for the relevant product.

All text, images, logos and design content on this site are the intellectual property of ADAM GRANT. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute any content without our written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
